Rod started his career in banking in 1991, undertaking roles that include commercial, corporate, agribusiness and retail banking. Rod holds a Bachelor of Business Management majoring in Finance, as well as Certificate IV in Banking Services, Business Sales & Marketing, and Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking.

Rod focuses on delivering outstanding service as a finance broker to the residents of Coffs Harbour and beyond. He can be relied on to provide expert knowledge for your total banking needs whether they be home loans, business, agribusiness or equipment finance.

Tasha is a very reliable and competent Mortgage Broker who prides herself on providing exceptional service to her clients. After 3 years working with a major bank, Tasha commenced in the Mortgage Broking industry in 2016 in a Customer Service role and obtained her qualifications as a Mortgage Broker in 2017. Tasha specialises in residential lending and her passion is assisting first home buyers to achieve their dream of home ownership.

Tasha, her husband, and two gorgeous children moved from Griffith to Coffs Harbour in 2013 to experience the lifestyle and glorious weather the Coffs Coast has to offer. When she is not busy chauffeuring her children to some extracurricular activity she loves to relax with a glass of champagne and a good book.

With over 40 years of experience in finance, including time at two major banks and as a mortgage broker since 2016, Brook Simpson has helped countless clients secure the right home loan. Specialising in First Home Buyers and helping homeowners save money, Brook has always been dedicated to finding the perfect loan to suit each client’s unique needs.

Now looking to wind back his workload, Brook is focusing on managing his existing book and assisting clients through word-of-mouth referrals. He’s also hitting the road, travelling through Southern and Western NSW, visiting family and long-time clients along the way.

While he’s gradually stepping back, Brook isn’t going anywhere just yet—he remains part of a highly experienced broking team and is still here to help.

Based in Nambucca Heads, Brook enjoys family time, fishing, and catching up with friends—now with the added bonus of doing it all while on the road!

Scott is your commercial lending and home lending specialist. He has over 30 years’ experience in the finance industry, with 18 of those years as a mortgage broker servicing the Coffs Coast.

His previous finance industry roles cover a diverse range of positions including working for a Big 4 bank in retail, commercial, corporate, agribusiness and leasing; as well as a regional credit union managing staff, loan processing, and collections.

Scott holds a Certificate IV in Financial Services, Mortgage, and Finance Broking.

Scott focus is on delivering a highly personalised and as required a specialised lending service that allows his clients to achieve their personal and or business financial goals.

Blessed with two daughters who have also made their home on this beautiful Coffs Coast.  When he is not helping his clients, Scott is out enjoying every lifestyle aspect the Coffs Coast has to offer.

Sonia joined the NCl team after 12 years with Bendigo Bank. Prior to this, Sonia worked in the conveyancing section of two of Coffs Harbour’s busiest law firms.

A Coffs local through and through, Sonia enjoys weekends soaking up the beach lifestyle with her two sons.

Sonia has her Cert IV in Mortgage and Finance Broking, another Cert IV in Financial Services and holds a Cert IV in Accounting. Her combined history in home lending and conveyancing means Sonia has all the skills to help you get into your first (or next) home faster.

Derek started his career in finance in 2012, holding a Bachelor of Science majoring in Economics, as well as a Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking Management.

With more than 10 years as a Mortgage Broker locally here in Coffs Harbour, Derek prides himself in a customer first approach and ongoing relationships with his clients. From the early days of planning for first home buyers to future planning for existing property owners, investors and business owners, Derek will provide expert knowledge and service throughout the finance journey and beyond.

Away from the office you can find Derek trying to keep up with his two growing boys or coaching youth Baseball here in Coffs Harbour.

Originally from Tamworth, Sue embraced the ultimate sea change 29 years ago, making her home in the picturesque village of Emerald Beach. With two grown-up sons, Sue loves spending her free time holidaying and travelling, as well as soaking up the coastal lifestyle.

With over 30 years of experience in financial banking, including 16 years with a large local credit union, Sue brings a depth of expertise and care to her role in Settlements and Loan Services. Recently completing her Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking, Sue plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth processing of loans and settlements, supporting the team of brokers and delivering exceptional service to clients.

A strong advocate for mental health and wellbeing, Sue finds her relaxation through long walks and yoga (though not at the same time!).
