Rod started his career in banking in 1991, undertaking roles that include commercial, corporate, agribusiness and retail banking. Rod holds a Bachelor of Business Management majoring in Finance, as well as Certificate IV in Banking Services, Business Sales & Marketing, and Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking.

Rod focuses on delivering outstanding service as a mortgage broker to the residents of Coffs Harbour and the north coast. He can be relied on to provide expert knowledge for your total banking needs whether they be home loans, business, agribusiness or equipment finance.

Tasha is a very reliable and competent Mortgage Broker who prides herself on providing exceptional service to her clients. After 3 years working with a major bank, Tasha commenced in the Mortgage Broking industry in 2016 in a Customer Service role and obtained her qualifications as a Mortgage Broker in 2017. Tasha specialises in residential lending and her passion is assisting first home buyers to achieve their dream of home ownership.

Tasha, her husband, and two gorgeous children moved from Griffith to Coffs Harbour in 2013 to experience the lifestyle and glorious weather the Coffs Coast has to offer. When she is not busy chauffeuring her children to some extracurricular activity she loves to relax with a glass of champagne and a good book.

Brook Simpson- has over 40 years’ experience in Finance having worked in 2 major Banks and has been a Mortgage broker since January 2016. Brook Specializes in Home Lending, focusing on First Home Buyers and those looking to save money on their existing home loans. Brook thrives on finding the right product to suit each client’s individual needs, and sets himself apart by being available to see clients at a time and place that suits them.

Brook lives in Nambucca Heads. He has 3 adult children and 5 adorable grandchildren. His interests are Family, Fishing and Friends.

Scott is your commercial lending and home lending specialist. He has over 25 years’ experience in the finance industry, with 13 of those years as a mortgage broker servicing the Coffs Coast.

His previous finance industry roles cover a diverse range of positions including working for a Big 4 bank in retail, commercial, corporate, agribusiness and leasing; as well as a regional credit union managing staff, loan processing, and collections.

Scott holds a Certificate IV in Financial Services, Mortgage, and Finance Broking.

Scott’s focus is on delivering a highly personalised total lending service by listening to your goals and providing sound advice and recommendations to cover all of your lending and banking needs.

Blessed with two teenage daughters (the source of his listening skills), when he is not helping his clients, Scott is out enjoying every lifestyle aspect the Coffs Coast has to offer.

Sonia joined the NCl team after 12 years with Bendigo Bank. Prior to this, Sonia worked in the conveyancing section of two of Coffs Harbour’s busiest law firms.

A Coffs local through and through, Sonia enjoys weekends soaking up the beach lifestyle with her two sons.

Sonia has her Cert IV in Mortgage and Finance Broking, another Cert IV in Financial Services and holds a Cert IV in Accounting. Her combined history in home lending and conveyancing means Sonia has all the skills to help you get into your first (or next) home faster.

Growing up living in Tamworth an opportunity presented itself for a sea change 29 years ago to move to the area making our home in the village of Emerald Beach.

Married to Darren with two grown-up sons we all enjoy being trackside cheering our favourite V8 Supercar drivers on.

With a financial banking background of over 30 years within that time working with a large local credit union for 16 years. Recently completing my Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking gives me the opportunity to support our team of brokers.

Being mindful of mental health and wellbeing my relaxation time comes in the form of long walks and yoga (not necessarily at the same time).

Derek started his career in finance in 2012, holding a Bachelor of Science majoring in Economics, as well as a Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking Management.

With more than 10 years as a Mortgage Broker locally here in Coffs Harbour, Derek prides himself in a customer first approach and ongoing relationships with his clients. From the early days of planning for first home buyers to future planning for existing property owners, investors and business owners, Derek will provide expert knowledge and service throughout the finance journey and beyond.

Away from the office you can find Derek trying to keep up with his two growing boys or coaching youth Baseball here in Coffs Harbour.
