North Coast Lending named as one of the top 50 Mortgage Brokerages in Australia!

It’s been 10 years now since I opened the doors as a mortgage and finance broker, operating from a garage at the rear of a financial planning office on Orlando Street.

Since then, the business has expanded significantly, now comprising six brokers, along with Sue, our client manager, operating from our Gordon St offices. Additionally, we have brokers in three satellite offices located in Bribie Island, the Central Coast, and Sydney.

We’ve encountered the usual trials and tribulations of any business and managed to be nominated for, and receive, numerous national awards and accolades.

Over this period, we’ve helped finance over 2000 loans and can offer a full range of lending solutions, including home loans, business loans, and equipment finance. Along the way, we have given back to our local community and charities through direct financial support, in-kind support, and our annual inaugural golf days.

We pride ourselves on building and retaining strong relationships with our lending partners, focusing on finding the right solutions for our clients and overcoming any barriers and obstacles.

Today is a particularly special day for our little regional office. We are delighted that the prestigious MPA Magazine has named us as one of the Top 50 brokerages in Australia. Considering the size and scale of the metro offices included in the Top 50, we will humbly brag for a moment about this achievement… and then get back to working for you, our supporters.

Because, as much as this is recognition of our efforts, our expertise and our passion, it's also a moment to recognise the power of our community and its support for a business that began in a garage 10 years ago.
