That’s why we were thrilled to sponsor Hercules the sea turtle, who made his much-anticipated return to the ocean at the Emerald Beach Fair on September 21, 2024!

Hercules’ journey was nothing short of remarkable. After being rescued and rehabilitated by the dedicated team at Coffs Coast Wildlife Sanctuary, this resilient turtle became strong enough to return to his natural habitat. We couldn’t have been prouder to support his release, ensuring he got a second chance at life in the ocean where he belongs.

The North Coast Lending team was there on the day, cheering Hercules on as he made his way back home. The Emerald Beach Fair was an action-packed day filled with live entertainment, market stalls, delicious food, and plenty of fun for the whole family. Whether you were a longtime supporter of marine conservation or just looking for a great day out, this event was one not to be missed!
